Josh Celata joined the Galldon real estate team as a leasing agent in January 2010, whilst working full time his strong work ethic and unparalleled dedication has seen him complete with flying colours the following courses at the R.E.I.V;Introduction to Property Management and the Advanced Property Management Modules. On completion he received a promotion to assistant Property Manager. Josh has only one module to complete his training as a fully accredited Property Manager. His skills and knowledge of the industry have vastly expanded from his initial leasing role helping Josh to become a valuable member of Galldon's rental department. With high energy levels and cheerful attitude Josh is always striving to achieve the best results at the highest level.

Simone Bergamin

Friendly and open, Simone's job as Leasing Agent has taught her to read people like a book. It's an essential skill in real estate, but especially in the rental property market where people aren't always what they seem.
Simone's role is to find prospective tenants for rental properties which means she has to be able to size them up without judging them as suitable tenants, something that, she admits, took her a while to learn.
"Managing someone else's investment is not just about finding any tenant and collecting the rent each week" says Simone â??Itâ??s about finding the right tenant, one who suits the property, but also one who will take care of it and pay their rent on time. You canâ??t just pick people over the phone.â??
To ensure she finds suitable tenant for every property, Simone insists upon face-to-face meetings with potential clients. Sheâ??ll show them the property and, while doing so, get to know them.
If sheâ??s happy and they meet her stringent standards, sheâ??ll ensure they proceed, hastily, to the next stage in the rental process.
