"We had a Serviced Apartment for sale through another Real Estate Agent for an extended period of time with minimal response or activity. In response to a flyer we received from Tim Nicoll at Galldon Real Estate, we had a discussion regarding sale expectations for our property and, in the absence of any positive activity from our existing agent. decided to give Time the job of selling our unit.
Tim was very clear about what he thought the unit was worth and what he needed to do to sell the property. We agreed with his strategy, which he initiated immediately, receiving a number of offers within a very short timeframe. Two weeks after listing our unit with Galldon Real Estate we had agreed to a sale price that was well above the price indications we were receiving from our previous agent.
