My initial market pricing research led me to a price expectation that was eventually exceeded by over 16% at Auction, and we achieved $65.000.00 over the auction day reserve – a brilliant result!

You certainly attracted the prospects and buyers, as around 50 people attended the street auction with around 5 active genuine bidders competing for the property.
